Actebis now property of Droege Capital GmbH

September 16, 2009 – Six weeks after Droege Capital acquired the IT and telecommunications distributor Actebis, the transaction was now approved by the Federal Trade Commission and could be finalized. With this step, Droege Capital now own the entire Actebis group, including all subsidiaries in Germany, France, The Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden as well as the telecommunications distributor NT plus active on the German market.

"Actebis itself, the IT sector as well as banks and financial institutions reacted nothing but positive towards the transaction. We look forward to pursuing the further development of the Actebis group together with the established management and to assessing different growth options," said Frank Tanski, CEO of Droege Capital GmbH.
