We are bound to the principles of the free market economy and free competition. We are legally obliged to make our business decisions in the best interest of the company independent of agreements or understandings with competitors. Actebis and its employees will refrain from any action that goes against anti-trust and competition laws or that prevents free competition.
Obtaining information about the competition must not go against the laws or public morals – this is in particular applicable for confidential information. Any information including marketing activities that the company distributes must be accurate, complete, based on facts and objective. No false or misleading statements about competitors, their products or services are acceptable. Any transaction that involves significant anti-trust/ restraints of trade questions requires legal review by the Company before agreement to such action.
