Actebis celebrates 10 years in business. At the same time, the group continues to develop as a pan-European broad line distributor, and after signing a large number of new distribution agreements adds to its range of PC hardware, software, networking, multi-media and telecommunications products. In October Actebis launches the ECTO programme with Hewlett-Packard. Customised versions of the HP Vectra range are assembled exclusively by Actebis in Soest.

In 1995 Otto Versand acquires a 45% share in the Actebis Group. New subsidiaries continue to be set up: this year in Norway and Great Britain.
