ACTEBIS Holding GmbH acquires Peacock AG. The Actebis group now owns two powerful distribution companies in the German market. The takeover of Peacock AG allows the Actebis group to strengthen its position as number 4 in the European market. In Germany the Actebis group is now the biggest distribution company, measured by turnover.

On July 1st, the founders of the Actebis group, Ulrich G. Puhrsch und Norbert F. Wrede, hand over to the newly created board of directors of ACTEBIS Holding GmbH. On September 4th, ACTEBIS Holding GmbH opens a new distribution company in the Czech Republic and acquires 100% of the shares of DSM S.A in France.
